During this strength cycle, make sure you show up to class on time if not early and do some warm up/mobility on your own.  This will allow us to keep the warm up shorter and get right to work.  Take rest, but don’t over do it.  Some days there will be much work to be done, so time management is important.  The coach on duty will do their best to help you manage your time but it requires your help as well.

Strength:

Snatch 6 X 1 @ 85%

Clean & Jerk 4 X 1 @ 85%

Back Squat 3 X 2 @ 80%

Conditioning:

Row 2K for time.

Mobility:  Coaches choice
