Today will be similar to earlier this week.  Look for some fun changes coming next week when we will be exploring some different variations on the lifts to help us learn better technique and positions.  Hang in there, guys!  This training WILL pay off!

Note:  You know the drill.  Try to be early and get in some warm up/mobility before class begins.  There is a lot of work to be done so you really have to help the coach manage the time.  Have fun!

Strength:

Snatch 5 X 1 @ 85%

Clean & Jerk 4 X 1 @ 85%

Front Squat 3 X 3 @ 80%

Conditioning:

AMRAP in 10:00 of “Cindy”:

  • Pull Up X 5
  • Push Up X 10
  • Air Squat X 15

Mobility:  Coaches choice
