Olympic cycle, Week 2.  Lot’s of strength work to complete today, so manage your time wisely.  Hang in there these next three weeks.  Show up.  Train hard.  Do your best.  Trust the process…

Strength:

Power Snatch + 2 Snatch:  2 sets @ 70%, 2 sets X 75%

Jerk (from the rack): 3 x 3 @ 80%

Clean Pull:  3 X 5 @ 90%.  Rest only 1:00 between sets.

Back Squat:  X 6 @ 70%, X 6 @ 75%, X 5 @ 80%

Mobility:  Glute smash X 3:00 each side w/ LAX ball.  If the LAX or tennis ball is too intense, use a roller instead.
