Skill:  Handstand Practice X 15:00.  Work on Handstand Holds, then progressions for Handstand Walking.

Conditioning:

5 rounds for time of:

  • Burpee to Bumper Plate X 10 @ 45#/25#
  • Walking Lunge X 10 (5 each) @ same load (hold however you like)
  • Weighted Sit Up X 10 @ same load

Mobility:

3 rounds of:

  • Scorpion Flow X 2 each side.  1 round = Down Dog, Leg Raise to wrap around, Pigeon.  Hold each for 1 – 2 breaths, or as it feels appropriate.
  • Standing Wall Slide X 10
  • Eagle Arms X :15, be sure to repeat with opposite arm on top.
