Skill: Handstand Practice X 15:00. Work on Handstand Holds, then progressions for Handstand Walking.
5 rounds for time of:
- Burpee to Bumper Plate X 10 @ 45#/25#
- Walking Lunge X 10 (5 each) @ same load (hold however you like)
- Weighted Sit Up X 10 @ same load
3 rounds of:
- Scorpion Flow X 2 each side. 1 round = Down Dog, Leg Raise to wrap around, Pigeon. Hold each for 1 – 2 breaths, or as it feels appropriate.
- Standing Wall Slide X 10
- Eagle Arms X :15, be sure to repeat with opposite arm on top.
