Strength with a side of MetCon…

Strength:

Power Clean + 2 Clean: 2 sets @ 70%, 2 sets @ 75%

Snatch Balance: 3 X 3 @ 75% of Snatch 1RM

Push Press: 3 X 5 @ 80% (if you know your Push Press 1RM, otherwise go heavy but manageable)

Conditioning:

3 rounds for time of:

  • Overhead Squat X 15 @ 95#/65#
  • Pull Up X 15
  • Ring Dip X 15

Mobility:  Coaches choice.
